High hardness steel plates pose higher challenges to feeding equipment in stamping and shearing, as the material has high hardness and strong rebound force. If the structure of the feeding machine is not sturdy enough, problems such as gear wear, poor sliding, and unstable feeding may occur. The feeding machine suitable for high hardness steel plates needs to have high-strength roller materials, generally using alloy steel that has been heat-treated and ground to ensure surface smoothness and reduce the risk of surface scratches on the steel plate. The transmission part of the feeding mechanism needs to use high-precision gears or servo systems to provide powerful power output, overcome material friction resistance, and ensure consistent feeding length. The servo roller feeder is selected, which has strong torque and flexible feeding mode, and can be adjusted for different steel plate thicknesses and hardness.

The main structure of the feeding machine needs to adopt integral welding or casting technology to improve the rigidity of the equipment and ensure that the body is not easily deformed during the feeding process of high hardness materials. In addition, when used in conjunction with a material leveling machine, the steel plate can be leveled in advance to reduce the risk of material jamming caused by material warping during the feeding process. To improve the stability of feeding, a pressure compensation device can be optionally equipped to ensure that the high hardness steel plate is tightly adhered to the roller during the feeding process. Choosing a feeder with an automatic lubrication system can extend the lifespan of the feeding system and reduce maintenance frequency caused by wear of hard materials.
